As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic we are modifying some of our policies.
Our leasing offices will continue to be staffed but closed to visitors. We are offering new residents contactless tours and we are available to you via phone and email.
All work orders are now being attended to, not just emergencies. Maintenance staff will wear face masks & disposable gloves at all times, while in an occupied apartment. To maintain social distance, we are asking residents needing maintenance to either step outside or stay in another area of the home while maintenance is performed.
Fitness Rooms are available during business hours:
Mon - Fri 8:30am-5:30pm (last work out 4pm)
Sat 10am-4pm (last workout at 3pm)
The maximum capacity is three people.
The Fitness Room doors will remain locked. Residents seeking to use the fitness room need to check out a key from the leasing office. Residents are encouraged to reserve time in the Fitness Room; available in 1-hr increments. The key must be returned immediately after use, or a key replacement charge will be assessed.
Fitness Rooms will be cleaned by our housekeeping staff on a daily basis. We will continue providing cleaning supplies for you to use in the Fitness Rooms. However, please provide your own personal sanitization supplies. Please wipe down the equipment before and after use.
Unfortunately, aquatic facilities will remain closed. We are waiting for the State of New Mexico to schedule an appointment with our property for the mandatory annual pool inspection. Until this inspection is conducted, and certification is issued by the state, we will not be able to open our aquatic facilities.
